EFCC arrest ex Benue Governor Gabriel Suswam.
I am really fed up of all these public officers arrested and arraigned by the EFCC and nothing coming off it.When are we gonna have some convictions? We all know these men are guilty..Na so e go dey go?
Former Benue state governor, Gabriel Suswam was today invited and interrogated by officials of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC ,over allegations of fraud running into billions of Naira while he served as governor of the state.
EFCC's spokesman, Wilson Uwajuren who confirmed that Suswan was invited today, said “He was invited by the EFCC in connection with ongoing corruption investigation in Benue state.”
The arrest could be as a result of the former finance commissioner under Suswam's administration, Omadachi Oklobia being grilled last week for several hours at the anti-graft headquarters in Abuja.He was there to defend allegations of diversion of public funds, abuse of office, embezzlement and fraud committed by them while in office
