Super Eagles of Nigeria slump to No 14 Ranking in Africa and 67th World!

Super Eagles ranking.
The Super Eagles of Nigeria are now ranked 14th in Africa and 67th in the world with 532 points in the latest rankings of National teams for April released by the World's football governing body, FIFA.
These are really bad times for Nigerian football.Super Eagles ranked No 14 in Africa? How are the mighty fallen. The sad thing is ,it's not as if we have not got the players,or that the boys are not even playing well.Their back to back qualifying games against Egypt are one of
the best they have played in years.A little bit of luck here and there and it could have been a different story for the Super Eagles entirely.Egypt equalized in Kaduna with 3 minutes to go and Victor Moses hit the upright in Egypt. That would have made it one all,a draw and a win in Kaduna if they had held out,and we would have been talking something else entirely.

But the main culprit for the downfall of the Super Eagles is undoubtedly the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) as usual. They never seem to be able to get their house in order. Can you imagine the Super Eagles had three coaches for the duration of the 2017 AFCON qualifiers.3 coaches! How ridiculous is that? How can their be a cohesion in the team? And who was the fool that recommended the Nigeria Egypt game to be played in the heat of Kaduna when most of these players are in the middle of a cold winter in their footballing countries?
They just don't think.

Down and out of the 2017 AFCON-Super Eagles.
Back to the matter of the Super Eagles ranking in Africa. They were 62nd in the previous ranking for March, but have now dropped five places to 67th. In Africa, the Eagles occupy the 14th position behind the likes of Ghana, Algeria, Cape Verde, Tunisia, Congo Democratic Republic and Senegal, with Algeria being the highest ranked African team in the world having moved from 37th to 33rd in the world. In the 34th position is reigning African champions Cote d'Ivoire who moved two places. Meanwhile, Argentina are now the number one ranked team in the world after moving from number two while Belgium are now number two.

We wait now to begin the qualifying games for the 2018 World cup.Lets hope they don't mess that one up too.But can you put anything past this bumbling NFF?
