Bruce Miller assault.Miller's unruly behaviour has finally caught up with him.When 49ers fullback Bruce Miller was arrested for an alleged assault early Monday morning, the team wasted little time and announced it had released him after word of Miller's arrest went public.
Bruce Miller released by The 49ers.

Miller was arrested in March 2015 on suspicion of spousal abuse and looked like he could become the test case for the NFL's tough new policy against domestic violence.
Instead, Miller was simply charged with vandalism -- he smashed his girlfriend's phone against a wall
-- and could not be charged with assault because she wasn't interested in cooperating.

The circumstances surrounding this particular arrest are baffling. According to KTVU.com, Miller tried to check into a Marriott at Fisherman's Wharf but was told the hotel was full.
So he allegedly went to a random room and allegedly beat up a 70-year-old man and his son.
From the KTVU report:Sources say he returned Monday morning and knocked on one of the guest room doors. The room was occupied by an elderly couple who did not know Miller. The neighboring guest, the couple's 29-year-old son, told Miller that he had the wrong room. That's when Miller allegedly began attacking him. The man's father came to his son's aid, and was also attacked by Miller.Sources say the 70-year-old man was punched in the face and suffered broken bones.Miller fled the scene but was later arrested, according to KTVU, and both guests were transported to the hospital with injuries. How can you punch a 70 year old man in the face?I am totally baffled by all this.Miller would be very very lucky not to go to jail if this story is indeed true.
Security footage, obtained later Monday by KTVU, appears to show Miller bloody and wobbly after the alleged assault. Miller was arrested on four felony counts: two of criminal threats, one of assault with a deadly weapon — not a firearm, and one of elder abuse, as well as a misdemeanor battery charge.Sgt. Brown of the San Francisco County Sheriff's Department told USA TODAY Sports that Miller was in the process of posting $178,000 bond. (Sgt. Brown declined to offer her first name.) Miller was no longer listed in custody as of 5:30 pm ET.
Earlier in the day, Miller posted a picture of himself and friends at a bar with the caption "Sunday's are for the boys."
