See the chaos as APC hand over Wike election rigging Audio to police

The Governor Wike audio tape where he is allegedly heard planning to rig the Rivers state election and kill and INEC official,took another turn when APC members in Rivers state led by Asita Honourable, this morning handed over an audio tape to the police.
Now,the interesting thing is,if there is enough evidence to actually prove that he threatened to kill someone or wanted to kill someone,can he be charged?Or does the immunity still cover him till he leaves office?
