The first black man to play Football for England has been discovered to be a Nigerian.Benjamin Odeje was born in Nigeria but raised in Charlton,South London.He played for
 England School boys against Northern Ireland in 1971 at Wembley Stadium in front of 70,000 fans!
Laurie Cunningham was widely thought to have been the first black man to play for England at any level,but the Football Association has confirmed that after careful investigation's they can indeed confirm it was Benjamin Odeje.
