When are we gonna learn prayers is not the answer to all our problems in Nigeria?Prayers wont fix our roads,won't turn on the lights,won't stop our corrupt laden society and government,won't flood our streets with infrastructure and mostly it definitely would not curb Boko Haram or terrorism!
You go to church and the pastor screams no harm shall befall you,Boko Haram shall not find you,well they might not find you but they are finding others and any of us could be next! All these so called prophets who claim they saw the bombings coming or preach doom..well if you saw it why didn't you stop it? If you can
see danger,you can stop it..Enough of all these prayers..100 hands joined together and working for a purpose are better than 10,000 on their knees praying.I mean we've been praying in our millions,it hasn't helped all these years has it? No country in the world..i repeat no country,prays as much as Nigeria.If it was by prayers we should be greater than the USA by now.
Some even say if not for prayers things will be worse than it is now..well i don't see how worse it can get...tell that to the families who have lost their kids or family members to Boko Haram,armed robbers,terrible medical service,the recent immigration recruitment disaster and see what they tell you.
Its time we start holding our leaders responsible,hold them accountable for their doings,demand our rights and stop waiting for some miracle in the sky to turn Nigeria into paradise.
