Nigeria & the Joke called EFCC arrest Fishermen, bail set at 10m Naira!

The Nigerian fishermen arrested by EFCC for fishing in unauthorized waters.

Nigerians never cease to amaze me.This is part of the reason why we would never be rid of corruption.Maybe when the next two generations are extinguished we would.
Now look at this case,These men were arrested by the EFCC for fishing in unauthorized waters. To start with, should it be the EFCC arresting them? Don't they have better and bigger fishes to catch?(Pun intended)
Okay that aside, looking at this men, correct me if i am wrong, they look very average to me,i don't think these men make 100,000 Naira a week. What harm could they be doing to society or the coffers of the government that the EFCC has decided not to only take them to court but in accordance with the Judge, make their bails 10m Naira each?10 Million??? Thats a joke! I just can't understand my country. You hear of officials stealing billions getting away with it and serving 2 years jail in luxury. And some men are being asked to pay 10miillion Naira bail for fishing in the wrong area?
I'm tired..
Here's the report below..
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) yesterday September 24th arraigned six fishermen Adekunle Oshingbosi; Momodu Ibrahim; Idowu Tuesday; Togbosi Christian; Benjamin Eyinle; Anthony Medoho,  and their company, Oshine Resources Ventures Limited before a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos for allegedly fishing in unauthorized waters.
According to the EFCC, the men were arrested on March 27th by officers of the Nigerian Navy for fishing in Nigerian territorial waters without getting authorized approval thereby violating Sections 1(1)(2) of the Seas Fishery Act Cap S4, 2004.
When the 2 count charge of conspiracy and stealing was read to the men, they pleaded not guilty and applied for bail through their counsel.
The presiding Judge, Justice Ibrahim Buba granted them bail in the sum of N10 million each with one surety in like sum each, who is to produce two recent passport photographs. They were remanded at the Ikoyi prisons pending when they meet their bail conditions.
