reason i asked if he did this knowingly,is knowing how dubious Nigerian contractors can be.The Governor might have been led to believe that these were indeed standard laptops.

Meanwhile the person given the contract to procure these laptops would have made a killing by saving money on the real thing.I will be truly amazed if Governor Okorocha knew all along these were top laptops.But then anything is possible in Nigeria right?These pictures of the laptop and the governor handing them out are as seen on twitter. One person said he eventually sold his laptop for N7k as that was the value.
