Judge Orders Pharrell &Robin Thicke to "Give it up" & pay $7.3m for Copying Marvin Gaye song

According to Breaking news reports, a Jury has found  Pharrell Williams and Robin Thicke guilty of copying  Marvin Gaye's 1977 hit "Got to Give It Up."for their hit song..'Blurred Lines..They have been ordered to pay $7.3 million to the  Gaye's family.

"Blurred Lines" which was the biggest hit of 2013 earned more than $5 million apiece for

Thicke and Williams. Although both are credited as its songwriters, Williams wrote the song in about an hour in 2012, and the pair recorded it in one night.

I have always kown this "blurred lines" song was a rip off of the Marvin Gaye song "Gotto give it up".It wouuld have been so much cheaper for the guys to have gotten permission..only someone with blurred visions or ears will not see the obvious rip off on that song! Now they Gotto Give up all that money..How would Thicke and Pharrell feel,if some guy comes and rips off one of their hit songs?
Give it up guys and learn from this.Meanwhile the Marvin Gaye family will be thanking their stars for this big windfall.
