Why Governor Ajimobi of Oyo state should be seriously rebuked for replacing a transformer in a community.
This is why some Nigerian leaders are jokers.Yesterday, we heard that a PDP Guber candidate removed a transformer he'd given to a community after he lost in the Oyo
Gubernatorial race,if you missed the genesis of the story,see (PDP Governorship candidate takes back Transformer he donated here) The man, Teslim Folarin, released a statement denying that he was the one who removed the transformer. Anyway, according to new reports, Oyo state governor, Abiola Ajimobi heard about the incident and bought a bigger transformer for the community which was delivered to them yesterday.
Now if Governor Abiola Ajimobi,had done his job in the first place,the PDP governorship candidate would not have to donate a transformer with all this mess occuring.Now in a bid to look like a hero,Ajimobi decides to replace the transformer.What he should have done right from the offset as his job.And you know what? I bet the people of that area will b dancing and singing songs of praise to Ajimobi,about how great he is,when he should have been seriously rebuked.Nigeria is a different story my brother..a different story indeed.
