David Mark said the other day,he was in politics to serve humanity.The last time we saw a picture of the local government area David Mark comes from,there was only one source of usable water in the Ewulo Upu LG area .(see here).
Now we see this classroom in the same Benue State,so i ask curiously,how exactly is David Mark fulfiling his political goal of serving humanity?
