Was Gov Wike right to restore rights of Celestine Omehia as a former Governor of River state?

Maybe there are some lawyers in the house or better educated people in political matters.ex Governor Sir Celestine Omehia was a former governor of River state,be it for only for 5 months.A Nigerian court then overturned his appointment as Governor stating he was not the rightful governor,Ex Governor Rotimi Amaechi was indicated as the rightful governor of the state. Now,correct me if i am wrong.Does this not render Celestine Omehia's term as
governor as null and void since it was ruled that he was not rightfully elected and was stripped of the governorship?
If so,why then or how could the present Governor of Rivers State,Nyesom Wike go against the ruling of the court by restoring all the full rights of Sir Celestine Omehia as an ex Governor and even replace his picture in the state house?
Is this the greatest impunity at work or is Governor Wike a Robin Hood of Rivers State?
