I had never heard of this Ex-Governor before.But the headlines caught my eye,the said headline was "I was
forced to pay a God~father 10 Million Naira Monthly" So curiosity got the better of me.This Governor i am talking about is Chinwoke Mbadinuju,an Ex Governor of Anambra State.While reading his interview,he was asked,What was your greatest challenge as Governor? He gave this
mind blowing answer,"When they say that you are controversial, you can’t just be controversial for nothing because you are trying to do good. I was there to do good for Anambra State, I started prayers every Monday morning in all government establishments, I used to go to the Onitsha Market and town halls to conduct prayers and God kept answering the prayers and performing miracles.
Those who didn’t like my style said it was controversy. I wrote on the entrance to my office “It shall be well with Anambra State.” it shows that this man is with God, he respects God. When my successor came, he removed it and since then, it has never been well with the state. God is watching everybody, if I am controversial because of God, wasn’t Christ controversial? But now he is the Lord of All, the Bible says he made us. If you read John Chapter 1, it says he is the word and nothing was made without him. But when he was here nobody believed him, they called him all sorts of names. I was happy, I said let them call me all sorts of names but go on and do what God has assigned you to do. I believed I was on an assignment in Anambra and I accomplished it".
Absolutely incredible,how can an educated man(apparently he is a lawyer by Profession) give such an answer?Here is an elected Governor of a State who can't point to the fact that he approved Millions of Naira to build Schools,Roads,Hospitals,set up Youth Schemes,Foundations,Scholarships,increase employment etc......No ,he can't do any of these,but his huge controversial success was going to the market and town halls to pray every morning so Anambra can be great,and God kept answering the prayers and performing miracles!!!!.
This must be a bad dream,somebody please wake me up! You should have been a pastor,not a frigging State Governor.
The Funny thing is,this man was not allowed or called back for a 2nd term,even though he badly wanted to as you can imagine...If he was so good and this miracles so astounding,why would the people of the State not want him back? Should the prayers not have put him back into power? I guess the miracles stopped! Thank God for that.
