Kate Henshaw is one sexy woman..in her 40s and still has a body to die for..But hey no pain no gain..Kate Henshaw puts in the hours thats why she looks so amazing..7km run is no joke..but you can see the reward..I'm not sure Ini Edo needs all that weight loss though..she's one of those girls that need to have a bit of curves on
her..so maybe she can cut her time down to 3 km..till she gets into her 40s at least..get fit folks..get out of bed! If Kate Henshaw can do it ,you can too.
