I cannot stress enough how important it is for Africans in particular to check their Blood Pressure,especially with our diet.Undetected high blood pressure is what leads to sudden stroke and death! So many people have fallen prey to this deadly condition known as the silent killer in the medical world. Sadly,Ex-Golden Eaglets coach, Musa Abdullahi seems to be another one who has fallen a victim.Musa Abdullahi,the Nigeria football coach,died yesterday in Lokoja, Kogi State after battling stroke for seven years. Abdullahi handled the National U17 team, the Golden Eaglets before being hit with stroke in 2007.
