Good news for Busayo Olafare,the wife of Paul Olafare who was arrested and detained for 28 days on suspicion of killing her husband .Paul Olafare was suspected to have died of suicide,but his family refused this claim and insted blamed his wife Busayo.
Busayo was then locked up and refused bail without evidence or nothing.
But now after an autopsy,she has been relased by the Police.However the result of the
autopsy has not been revealed yet.
I cannot understand how the Nigeria legal or police system can be so backwards.How can you lock up a widow who lost her husband for 28 days without bail?There was no evidence that this woman killed her husband ,yet she was locked up without evidence or bail! She is mourning her husband Paul Olafare and you lock her up like a criminal! Would this have happened if she was from an influential or even well to do family? You and i know the answer to that.Its a bloody disgrace really that we just do things like bush archaic people.Even those charged with murder get bail.

In Nigeria if a man is wanted and they go to his house and can't find him,they arrest and lock up every body they find in that house! What kind of madness is that? And this nonsense still continues.It really annoys me,and i don't know how people don't speak out.Today it is Busayo Olafare,but tomorrow it could be you!
