Fela wives.
I have heard so many stories of Fela Anikulapo Kuti,from those who knew him and from various books that i have read.One thing that always stood out was his sense of humour,you can always hear it in his music,even when Fela sang about the soldiers killing his mother,there was still humour in his
delivery.I don't think i have ever heard a Fela Kuti song without humour..So seeing this picture just made me wonder what could have made the great man giggle even with a cigarette dangling in his mouth! I just love that smile on Fela's face..he looked so beautiful..yea..a man can be beautiful too in a moment in time.But then again he was surrounded by two of his favourite things,a smoke and beautiful women,surely that is enough to make any man smile right? And i bet his other favourite thing was in the background...MUSIC!
