Lol..Morning Teaser,What would you do?

This is a very interesting teaser and big dilemma for you folks,what would you do? A road safety officer,stops you for a traffic offence,collects a bribe from you,while he was in his car,he forgets his Blackberry phone.He then calls back later begging you to return his phone,as he bought it with his last cash! You
in return begged him when he was collecting the bribe that,that was your last cash,but he did not listen to your plea.

Now he is begging for his phone..what would you do? i know what i will do...
