Bill Cosby will Face sxual abuse Lawsuit rules California Supreme court!
In a sad and disgraceful chapter to add to his own legacy,Bill Cosby's sxual past is finally catching up with him.

COMEDIAN Bill Cosby will face a abuse lawsuit after the California Supreme Court rejected his attempt to stop legal action against him.

Cosby is accused of molesting Judy Huth in 1974, when she was 15-years-old.
Huth claimed that Cosby attacked her in a bedroom of the Playboy Mansion.
Cosby's legal team filed a petition to the California Supreme Court asking the court to review the case
of Huth.

Judy Huth molested by Bill Cosby at 15.
The comedian's lawyers alleged that Huth had tried to extort money from Cosby before launching legal action, and said that she had tried to sell her story to a tabloid paper ten years ago.
But now the TV star is likely to face legal action after the court's rejection, with Huth's lawyer, Gloria Allred, declaring they are "looking forward to Mr. Cosby  answering questions under oath".

She said: "We will continue to seek justice for our courageous client, Judy Huth."
Huth said she is likely to take Cosby's witness statement under oath within the next 30 days.
She is one of at least 15 women who have come forward since early November claiming that the 77-year-old Cosby sxually assaulted them decades ago.
One of the alleged victims to come forward accusing Cosby was American model Janice Dickinson.

In May, it was reported that Dickinson was suing Cosby after he denied her accusations and "re-victimised" her.
Her lawyer, Lisa Bloom, said: "What sparked this lawsuit is Bill Cosby through his representatives calling Janice Dickinson a liar, and Janice is refusing to be re-victimised."
He said: "Janice Dickinson's story accusing Bill Cosby is a complete lie. She did an interview with the New York Observer in September 2002 entitled Interview with the Vamp completely contradicting her story.

Cosby admitted purchasing sedative drugs during a civil case brought by university worker Andrea Constand who claimed that he tricked her into taking drugs before assaulting her.
The case was settled for an undisclosed fee in 2006, but the documents were revealed as a part of the ongoing allegations.

He has never been criminally charged over the allegations, most of which exceed the statute of limitations – which means too much time has passed for him to be prosecuted
This is indeed a disgraceful way to end Bill Cosby's legacy.Very sad indeed. He had no need at all to abuse or attack all those women.Cosby had fame, wealth and influence,a lot of qualities women find attractive. He was also very charming and funny,he could have had all those women by just being himself. But i guess it must have been a sickness or a power thing.
It's a shame that Bill Cosby's actions might have denied many generations of enjoying his classic family drama the Cosby show, because which network would want to put that show in family homes after this?
