I really don't see why he has stepped down or be allowed to resign.I think its really unfair.How could he have stopped or prevented the details of Ashley Madison members being leaked?There was nothing he could have done to stop the hackers.Even the United states security details was hacked into for pete's sake! So a week after hackers’ first published stolen data from the infidelity website Ashley Madison, parent company Avid Life Media’s chief executive officer Noel Biderman has tendered his resignation.
“Effective today, Noel Biderman, in mutual agreement with the company, is stepping down as Chief Executive Officer of Avid Life Media Inc. (ALM) and is no longer with the company. Until the appointment of a new CEO, the company will be led by the existing senior management team,” the company wrote in a statement.
AshleyMadison.com has been at the center of a hacking scandal like we have been keeping you updated. First a woman filed for divorce after 1.2 users information like full names, email addresses, sexual preferences, partial credit information, profile information and more were made public. Two people among the website users have also been said to have committed suicide when they couldn’t face the ‘exposure’.
Police are still hunting for the hackers, while the website have made a mouth-watering offer for anyone with any information about the hackers.
