Power Ranger Actor Ricardo Medina jnr pleads guilty over death of Joshua Sutter

Actor Ricardo Medina who played the Red Lion Wild Force Ranger on "Power Rangers,has pleaded guilty voluntary manslaughter in the death of Joshua Sutter after a fight over his girlfriend.

He entered a plea Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court.It is likely he will end up serving 6 years in state prison.
One thing that leaves me baffled is,how can a man who stabbed somebody several times
end up doing only 6 years?It just does not seem or sound right to me.
It was reported that the actor stabbed Sutter several times in the abdomen.
The incident happened 2 years ago in  house in Green Valley, a mountain town north of Los Angeles.

The victim was a 36-year-old white man, was fatally stabbed Saturday, Jan. 31, in the 38000 block of San Francisquito Canyon Road in Palmdale, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
