In 2011 PDP spent N13 billion,in 2012 they spent N15 billion, in 2013 PDP spent another N14 billion and finally in 2014 they spent 22 billion Naira! Now guess how much the APC spent on the same Nigerian independence day celebrations this year? 70 million Naira! Now
