Ghana has Knocked out Nigeria in the African Championship cup in South Africa.The game went to penalties after extra time with the score still 0-0.The Ghanaians scored 4 of their spot kicks while Nigeria missed 2.The Super Eagles have themselves to blame for not going through as they wasted chances upon chances to take the lead.The Black Stars had a man sent of in the later stages of the 2nd half but still held on to see the game out.Coach Stephen Keshi who has done very well for Nigeria
was in my opinion wanting in this match with his tactics.He should have changed formation when Ghana went down to ten men.Why play 5 men at the back when there is no threat and the opposition is down to 10 men? Nigeria did not exploit the extra man advantage and in the end they paid for it.Ghana are now through to their 2nd final in 3 of the last Championships Tournament.
