Orlando Owoh Talks about time in Jail and MORE (queenolofofo archives)

Orlando Owoh,his mother and one of his wives Shade,grateful to come out of jail.

Orlando Owoh,In 1987 Dr Olando Owoh the juju/highlife musician was arrested on drug charges..after one long year in

detention he was finally released.Here are some excerpts from Prime People Magazine of May 1988 on Orlando's experience in jail.

Speaking exclusively to Prime People few days after he was freed of a cocaine trafficking charge by the miscellaneous offences tribunal,he said:
"My brother,that place is different oh,it was as if i was not living in this country.Anybody who comes out of that place and forsakes God is an ingrate,for it's a place a non believer will get close to God..i am a total born again"

Orlandoh Owoh thanks God to come out of jail.

During his prison ordeal,Orlando lost his three and a half year old son and one of his mothers in law,but taking solace since he has come out of jail,he said:"i am now planning to bring things back to normal,because now i can't play guitar properly,i don't have money,no good instruments and feeding is even through God's grace.But i must say my life is now dedicated to God and my fans who stayed close to me in my hour of need..now i know that people are better than money" Orlando Owoh is clearly thankful to God to be out of jail and can't wait to get things back to normal.
