Nigerian is first suspected case of Ebola in Republic of Benin

Dorotheé Gazard Health minister Reublic of benin announcing a suspected case of Ebola in the country
The Republic of Benin Minister of health briefing the press about the suspected 1st Ebola case in the country.

A first case of Ebola might have surfaced in Republic of Benin, another West African country.A hospital in the Republic of Benin announced that they are currently treating a
Nigerian man who they fear has contracted the Ebola virus, their health minister Dorotheé Gazard said yesterday, Thur Aug 07.
Officials allegedly have sent a "sample of his blood to Senegal for testing" and verification.
If confirmed, this case marks the beginnings of the virus in a fifth west African country. The Republic of Benin borders Nigeria, to its east, and Togo to its west.A bit strange that a blood sample had to be sent to Senegal for testing,if they can't even determine a basic fact if a patient is infected, how are they gonna handle an actually infected patient? This is really scary.
