From what i can see,they are a few men who have been terrorizing Nigeria.If they were that big and equipped ,don't you think they would have taken over the whole of Nigeria and not just be zoned to the North or one or two states in the North?So why $1b? Are we trying to buy 20 fighter jets and rebuild the army totally?If we need a billion Dollars for Boko Haram,who are only seen in a state or two,what are we gonna need if Egypt or LIBYA WAS TO ATTACK US? 50billion dollars?
