Nicholas Ibekwe is in the news again.Nicholas is the reporter who reported and exposed TB Joshua when he offered envelopes of 50,000 Naira to reporters who had gone to
cover the story of the Synagogue church building that collapsed.Anyway this time around ,he has been threatened by a fellow reporter who wants to beat him up cos he exposed another story.This time a story regarding Dangote's company.They had allegedly bribed some reporters at an inquest into some deaths caused by Dangote's company.The bribe was some spaghetti.Spaghetti? Unbelievable! Things are so bad for Nigerian journalists,if spaghetti is enough to keep them quiet.
I really worry for Nicholas,Nigeria is dangerous,i don't want him to end up dead.Life means nothing to some people in Nigeria.They will do anything to stop anyone they feel is a hindrance to their prosperity.I hope Nicholas Ibekwe remains safe.
