Corona virus and church in Nigeria update for easter.
Even with the on-going pandemic, some churches are planning to go on a break from the lockdown for "Easter."
The Christian community in Rivers state have refused to give up the celebration of
Easter, the governor announced a 3 days break from the lockdown to allow the people celebrate the holiday.
There have been tweets and comments from the government and pastors alike questioning this decision, many are asking if the virus will go on a vacation for the 3 days period. It is a norm that Nigerians break rules but this might be one of those times where their disobedience might be at the detriment of a lot of people as the virus gets worse day by day.
